Terms of Service

By creating an account or accessing any services provided by FyreflyHost (“Platform”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

FyreflyHost is an independent, non-commercial community hosting tool providing browser-based server configuration, container management, and network routing for private Growtopia sandbox worlds.

The service is provided for testing, educational experimentation, and fan-run multiplayer environments.

You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials and for all operations executed under your account.

• Single Identity: Creating multiple accounts to bypass provisioning thresholds or free-tier limits is prohibited and subject to immediate suspension.
• Credential Security: Use a strong, unique password. If you suspect unauthorized account activity, update your credentials and contact platform administrators immediately.

You agree to operate server instances in compliance with applicable law. The following activities are prohibited:

• Network Attacks: Running DDoS attacks, UDP flooding, port scanning, packet spoofing, or unauthorized vulnerability scans against external targets or other server nodes.
• Malicious Workloads: Cryptocurrency mining, proxying through open relays, TOR exit nodes, or CPU/memory exhaustion attacks designed to disrupt host stability.
• Unlawful Content: Hosting, storing, or transmitting illegal material, malicious executables, or abusive scripts.
• Unauthorized Reselling: Reselling or renting out access to raw panel instances or API endpoints without permission.

The Platform operates on an active development “Beta” cycle:

• Quotas: Instances operate within provisioned memory, CPU, and a limit of 100 concurrent player connections per server.
• Availability: We do not guarantee continuous uninterrupted uptime. System maintenance, node updates, and transient network adjustments may occur.
• Data Snapshots: While configuration snapshots are provided on supported tiers, administrators are advised to keep their own local copies of critical server data.

You retain full ownership of custom Lua scripts, maps, and world configurations you upload.

By uploading content, you grant FyreflyHost a limited license to store, process, and execute your files solely to provide hosting operations. You warrant that you have the right to use and execute all files you upload.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the service will meet all operational requirements or be uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, FyreflyHost, its maintainers, and infrastructure providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of game data, player state, or uptime disruptions.

You agree to defend and indemnify FyreflyHost and its operators from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your server instances. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.
